THIS SUMMER

Summer is approaching us fast. For kids and teens its time off. It also means time off for them. IF your old enough use this oppurtunity to get a job, and if your not you can do the lemonade stands, babysitting, and chores so you get extra allowance. If you start to do little job now and start paying for little things you want(aka that amazing shirt you saw that you just had ot have) garentted way to get what you want is be able to buy it yourself or sawve your money to buy who knows that wii game you've been wanting and so on. If you buy it yourself you'll feel good, like you deserved it. Other thenj working you can also read. Now if reading isn't your thing I understand, but go to the library and give it a chance. just because you don't like books you have to read in school, doesnt\'t mean there are millions of books out there that you don't even know exist. It may take time but try out different genres or lengths. If you find a series you like, just one book then you can find so many more similiar to it by asking your teacher, friends, librarian, or a searching on the internet. I have friends that used to hate to read, but once they found what they liek to read, they are constantly in there free time. Other then reading and a job, summer is alos a great time to spend time with family or get into a new activity. Such as a musical instrument or dancing, gymnastics, soccer, etc.

The Mark: A book

THe mark
A great book for teens...just finished it myself;. It has romance and also this thing of a 16 year old named cassie being able to see when someone is going to die....she is wonderign throughout the whole thing whether to tel and what to do with her curse all together. I would recomend it for 14 to 20 but older of course can read it. I strongly recomend it and if you do let me know what you think. Written by author Jen Nadol
